Paula Cross, Advanced Ortho-Bionomy® Practitioner

Paula was first introduced to Ortho-Bionomy in 1993 seeking peace and healing after a car accident took the life of her son in 1992. She found a sense of well-being in the sessions of Ortho-Bionomy that changed her life forever. 

Ortho-Bionomy was so inspirational it led her into a life dedicated to helping others with many heath conditions such as frozen shoulder, back pain, knee pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, migraines, neck pain, carpal tunnel, vertigo, anxiety, sports injuries and sports enhancement. 

She is grateful to have been instructed by some of the most skilled national instructors in the field of Ortho-Bionomy since 1993.

Paula has over 2,000 hours of curriculum classes and years of hands on Ortho-Bionomy healing.
